Prior to the start of one of the speed dating session each single woman was asked the question; “What are the main
characteristics that you’re looking for in a spouse?”
The women replied that they were looking for a man, who was honest, hard-working, had a sense of humor and who
was dependable. They said that looks were not all that important.
At the end of the session, each woman chose the man that they wished to go out with. Funny, 11 out of the 12
women chose the best looking man in the group. Who says looks aren't everything?
When looking at houses, the one that looks the best, which has sex appeal, will get chosen first. Basic instinct and
emotions take precedence over logic when it comes to the final decision. Therefore, the more you do to give your
home a strong emotional draw, the more often yours will be the one chosen.

A friend of mine was telling me about a survey done at a speed-dating encounter.
Speed dating is where you have 12 single men sitting at 12 separate tables, and 12
single women who sit at each table for five minutes chatting with the person, and then
